Clivia miniata
Description
Clivia miniata
The Clivia is named after Lady Charlotte Clive, who was the Duchess of Northumberland and reportedly the first person to grow and get the Clivia to flower in the UK.
—

Native to South Africa, the Natal Lily is a robust plant with striking dark green slender foliage offset by bright Red / Orange blooms.

‘Natal Lily’
—
~*~Why~*~
The Clivia is an incredibly robust houseplant that will tolerate the odd bit of neglect. We were kindly donated an incredibly mature Clivia by one of our customers and it seems that the more we ignore it, the more it flowers!
—
~*~How~*~
Watering: When the top inch of soil has dried – approximately once a week; mist occasionally.
Light: Bright Indirect.
—
~*~Unique~*~
We work hard to provide a clear photograph and description of your chosen plant. However, all plants are unique and, whilst the pot size remains the same, there is always variation in size and shape from one plant to the next.
