Mid-century modern Danish Arne Hovmand-Olsen restored rosewood chair; re-upholstered in peppermint green mohair velvet.
Suitable for use as a dining chair, desk chair or as a side chair.
Beautiful shape, grain and patina to this 1950s frame, and the colour green is unusual and really satisfying. Not unlike a peppermint cream.
Frame by Danish maker Arne Hovmand-Olsen and reupholstered by Pia in north London.
One of a kind.
Mohair velvet is highly durable, unlike cotton. It is crisp and quite bristly and it doesn’t mark.
