Hoya carnosa ‘Compacta Variegata’
Description
Hoya carnosa ‘Compacta Variegata’
A trailing Hoya with eye-catching variegated intricate foliage.
—
~*~Subtitle~*~
This striking Hoya has somewhat mysterious origins. Whilst often reffered to as it’s own species this cultivar was in fact registered in 1980 and is the product of using gamma or x-rays to irradiate a rooted Carnosa cutting causing the leaves to mutate and curl in on themselves. The ‘Variegata’ has the added flare of striking variegated leaves.
