Nestled within the top and sealed with a cork to preserve freshness is a ‘pinch’ reservoir for sea salt. Pinching salt is  the nicest way to regulate the salt you want with your food. Fill with a flaky sea salt and let your fingers do the grinding!

In the main body is a pepper mill fitted with the finest adjustable Danish ceramic mechanism for precise grinding and giving optimal flavour with every twist.
