Restoration Project Chair
THIS BEAUTIFUL CHAIR HAS BEEN SOLD!
This beautiful chair was bought by Helen as a restoration project but has remained unrestored.
She thinks the chair is French and had an ebonised frame with a gold painted decoration.
The seat is tapestry and some of the original vibrant colours of the tapestry can still be seen at the edges.
The upholstery is still good and although delicate looking the chair feels strong.
Without doing anything it is usable and would make a wonderful distressed occassional chair.
